 Once
in COLLIOURE you should visit our famous Church, the "Château
Royal", the windmill, the remains of the Domican's cloister
on a guided tour or by yourself, as well as contemplate the works
at the Modern Art Peske Modern Museum.
Follow Matisse's footsteps along the Fauvism path, visit the may
painters' galleries where you will find different styles, discover
the Consolation Hermitage about five kilometres from the village.
You must taste our local products, anchovies , olive oil, wines
(Banyuls, red, rosé, white AOC wine), and visit the anchovies
workshop, wine cellars and windmill and why not enjoy a water therapy
treatment.
